Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an Order

• You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase if it has not been processed or shipped.
• To cancel, please contact us immediately at kristie@glowbloomworld.com with your order number.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Modifying an Order

• If you need to change your shipping address or update your order, please reach out within 1 hour of purchase.
• After processing, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If the cancellation request is made after processing, we cannot offer a refund.
